NewStuf Marketing LLC was founded in 1996 in Minneapolis by Bill Bernardo, whose past work included new product rollouts for Sara Lee, Johnsonville Foods and Hormel Foods. Bill also founded in 1985 the Bernardo Food Group which introduced America to the first truly authentic northern Italian spaghetti sauce.
Since 1996, Bill has gathered a team of extremely talented and experienced food experts in the areas of consumer insights, culinary design, marketing research, package engineering, creative design, and project management. It is this team of eclectic thinkers that makes up the nucleus of NewStuf Marketing.In 2002, the company relocated to Port St. Joe, Florida but still maintains a strong presence in Minneapolis and the Upper Midwest. In 2004, an adjunct was added in Toyama, Japan.
